This page is the site's memory. Every time a carrier, bank or regulator moves a rule that one of our cards depends on, the change is recorded here with the date we verified it and the page it came from. New pages and re-checks are logged too, so you can tell what was true on the day you left.
Entries are newest first. A rule change always names the page on this site that was updated.

Still Reachable goes live with its editorial method, its page templates and this changelog. No carrier cards are published yet. The first cards, for India and China, will be added here as each one is verified against official pages, followed by the US state pages for California, New York, Texas, Massachusetts and Illinois.
